Jymka “Bodyweight Fun Interval Training” or BFIT Classes

The Jymka BFIT classes are for adults and teens that want to get fit, burn fat and tone. Class programmes incorporate Isometric stretches and bodyweight exercises with interval training and flexibility skills to get the body burning fat and building muscle. Active games are also incorporated into the class activities, which lets everyone have some fun.

ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:   

  • Mobility Warm up
  • Gymnastic stretches
  • Bodyweight and explosive plyometric exercises as an Interval training session
  • Bodyweight, isometric exercises and agility skills as part of a circuit
  • Fun active game
  • Cool down and relaxation breathing

All Jymka instructors are expertly trained to teach the Jymka BFIT programmes in a safe and fun manner so that each teen or adult develops their bodyweight movement skills and get active.
