Jymka Booking Policy and Terms & Conditions

Class and camp policies
  • Parents/Guardians please note: All children must be brought to the toilet prior to the commencement of a class.
  • Any relevant medical history, ailments or injuries your child has must be disclosed when booking. Jymka will not be held liable for instances which may occur where relevant information is not disclosed upon making a booking. Jymka needs to be informed prior to class/camp commencement if a child has special needs or additional help and the parent or a minder must accompany and stay with the child at the class/camp.
  • Your child should wear suitable comfortable clothing and non-slip runners.>
  • Parents/Guardians are requested to let the instructor know who will be collecting their child. The person collecting the child needs to sign / initial their child out of a camp; this is the responsibility of this person to do so.
Booking and payment policy

Jymka bookings for all programmes; classes, camps and parties are non refundable

Public Class Bookings
  • Some Public classes will have waiting lists, the class may be full or a new class is being organised. Please register your child's place on the waiting list and we will contact you as soon as there is an available place for your child in the class.
  • Entry can only be made to a class once a confirmed registration and booking has been executed.
  • Parents/Guardians insure to arrive 10 minutes prior to the commencement time of the class and to sign the class attendance sheet. We suggest you bring your child to the toilet before the class starts.
  • Parents/Guardians agree that their children may participate in all the Jymka activities at the class and that they are responsible for their behavior. Jymka do not accept responsibility for any accident that may occur during the class.
Pre-school Bookings

Parents/Guardians can register and book for a class term online or else they must complete the enrolment form and give it with payment to the pre-school. If returning to the pre-school please ensure your full payment and registration form are placed in a sealed envelope with your name and your child’s name detailed on the front of the envelope.

Primary After-school Class Bookings

In advance of the class starting Parents/Guardians must either register and book their child’s place for a class term online or phone the 0818 number to register and complete the enrolment form and give it with payment to the Jymka Instructor at the start of the class. By the attendance of their children to any Jymka class Parents/Guardians acknowledge and agree that their children may participate in all the Jymka activities.

Jymka Partners and Registration

Jymka deliver its programmes to children in some primary and pre-schools, Hotels, gyms etc. The facility looks after the bookings and payment for these classes directly with Parents/Guardians or may provide the service to its customers for free. Parents/Guardians should still register that their child is attending a Jymka class on our website. By the attendance of their children to any Jymka class, camp, party or event Parents/Guardians acknowledge and agree that their children may participate in all the Jymka activities and are responsible for their behavior irrespective if they have registered their child or not. Jymka do not accept responsibility for any accident that may occur during the class.

Party bookings

All party bookings must pay a non refundable deposit as agreed with the Entertainer, the balance of the party booking is due at the end of the party and can be given to the Instructor by cash or cheque. Hall hire if applicable must be paid separately to the venue by the parent on the day of the party even if Jymka organise the venue for you.

Party and Event terms

The persons who are hosting the party or event must advise the Parents/Guardians of the children/partygoers attending the party or event that their children will be participating in a Jymka party/event which by its definition has active fun activities and games.

By the attendance of their children Parents/Guardians acknowledge and agree that their children may participate in all the Jymka activities and together with the hosts (Parent/Guardian of birthday child/children, club, company or organization, etc.) are responsible for their behavior while at the party or event.

Jymka also advises the Hosts of the party or event that they must have enough adults (Ratio of 1 Adult per 10 children) to help supervise and manage the children at the party so that the Jymka Instructor can deliver the party entertainment. The role of the Adult supervisors is to keep a watching eye on the children when participating in the events and activities in addition to supervising children sitting out awaiting their turn.

Parents/Guardians of the children/partygoers attending the party or event must disclose before the party or event any relevant medical history, ailments or injuries their child has to the hosts, Jymka or the hosts will not be held liable for instances which may occur where relevant information is not disclosed. Jymka Camp Terms & Conditions
  • Bookings will not be accepted without payment of a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, this enables the Jymka Franchisee to ascertain the number of children that will be attending a camp so that the Instructor can have sufficient staff. The balance must be paid on the first day of the camp at registration.
  • No refund will be given upon cancellation of a place in the camp or any cancelled/missed days.
  • The Jymka Franchisee reserves the right to cancel camp days, or to alter timetabled activities due to unforeseen circumstances or health and safety issues.
  • The parent/guardian will permit first aid to be administered to their child by a suitably qualified member of staff where considered necessary. The parent/guardian furthermore authorises a qualified medical practitioner to provide emergency treatment or medication if necessary.
  • Jymka will use photographs taken during camps for promotional purposes.
  • Jymka will not be held responsible for any accidents at the camp. By the attendance of your child at a Jymka camp will be regarded as evidence of acceptance of, and consent to, these conditions.
